I’m Reelika Lootus, a traditionally published Estonian author now writing dystopian and sci-fi stories in English. My fiction explores fractured worlds, decaying cities, lost knowledge… and the quiet defiance of those who dare to uncover what lies beneath.

Fast Moon is my current work-in-progress—a dystopian sci-fi novel coming soon.

In this story, the old world has already burned, and what rises in its place is fragile, fragmented, and tightly controlled. Beneath the sandstorms and ruined towers lie hidden tunnels, forgotten gene labs, encrypted devices, and long-lost rebel maps. Power here is inherited, tampered with—or quietly buried. And danger never roars. It waits, just beneath the surface.

Told through strong female perspectives and unlikely alliances, my stories unfold with slow-burning tension and purpose—layer by layer—until nothing is quite what it seemed.
